Who Doesn't Like Free?
Are hot flashes making you sweat? Then throw a bottle of sage in your purse and keep your cool wherever you are. Recent research is starting to show that this herb may also sharpen one’s memory - now that is truly cool.
Each ml contains 200 mg of organically grown sage leaves (Salvia officinalis) in a non-medicinal base of 60% vegetable glycerin and purified water.
Sage is used traditionally in Herbal Medicine to help relieve excessive perspiration, hot flashes and night sweats.
For best results, take sage extract on an empty stomach, which means about 15 minutes before a meal or snack, or at least 1 hour after.
Adults 18 and over: take 2 ml, 3 times per day.
For best absorption, squirt the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then swallow. If you want to remove the alcohol, add the dosage to a half cup of freshly boiled water. The alcohol will evaporate off. Let it cool, and add honey or a splash of juice to make a yummy, sweat-busting drink!
Please do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a history of epilepsy. Sage is not for use with children. And always talk to your healthcare practitioner if your symptoms hang on or get worse!
