Choline & Inositol are members of the B-vitamin family. Choline is found in most animal tissues and is necessary for normal synaptic transmission and brain health. In addition, Choline is involved in fatty acid metabolism in the liver. Inositol is also essential for brain and nervous system health. Both Choline and Inositol are essential components of all cell membranes, where they function as cell signaling molecules.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals.

Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 250 mg
Inositol 250 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Do not take this supplement at the same time as supplemental calcium, zinc and/or iron as phytic acid (the form of inositol found in foods) may
interfere with the absorption of minerals, especially calcium, zinc, and iron. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause nausea, tiredness, headache, dizziness and gastrointestinal distress.
